Come up to the lake with us

McCall is one of our favorite places. We come up as often as we can, in summer and in the snow.

This time we're bringing everyone. We're getting married on the shore of Payette Lake, and we can't wait to spend a late-summer weekend in the mountains with our favorite people.

Good food, strong drinks, dancing, and a cool evening under the pines. Thank you for being part of our story.

Shore Lodge

Akylah's family has been coming to Shore Lodge on vacation for 75 years. Now it's where we get married.

Getting there

Fly into Boise (BOI). McCall is about 110 miles north, a drive of roughly two and a quarter hours up Highway 55 along the Payette River. See flights, the drive, and places to stay.

What to pack

McCall sits at 5,000 feet. Late-August days are warm, in the upper 70s, but nights often drop into the 40s. Bring a warm layer for the evening. You can check the lake and today's weather on the live cam.
